Follow Your Heart

Following Your Heart is one thing I really hope I can instill into Daisy.  I hope she will learn to trust her gut instincts and listen to them and that she lives a life that makes her happy.  However I am hoping there is a wee bit of a difference between "following your heart" and impulsiveness.  I think it is fairly safe to say (and I'm pretty sure that my parents would whole-heartedly agree) that I suffer from impulsiveness (although less so since I've gotten a wee bit older and become a parent).  My impulsiveness started in my teens and led to a lot of stress for my poor mum and dad, I fact I think you only ever learn when you become a parent yourself!

Here's my card...

 The stamp is a Whimsical Word from Stampin Up stamped in Worn Lipstick Distress Ink.   The circle punch is also from Stampin Up and the flowers are Tonic punches.  The patterned papers are Do Crafts Forever Friends Kraft Notes, and the gems are from Sonas Made.
