Autumn...again

I don't know if it's just me but I feel a wee bit like we've skipped right past autumn and jumped straight onto winter.  It's a bit cold, and overcast and miserable here.  I love the bright crisp, cold, blue skied autumn days when you can head out looking for blackberries and chestnuts and shuffle through the gorgeous leaves.

We are really lucky here in Alva to have so many gorgeous "autumnal" places around about us to visit, the Woodland Park, the Glen, and all the area surrounding the brilliant Devon River Riding Centre that Daisy goes to...she is hoping for some of those blue sky days next week when she heads off to Pony camp for a couple of days!  This was taken at one of her first ever lessons earlier in the year, needless to say she now has all the gear!  It's a great place, and whether you are here for a visit, or are looking for something fun to get you in the outdoors on a more regular basis, I can highly recommend it.

 

So here's my next wee autumn card...

 This wee chap is another one of the fab Kars stamped I have had for a while...I wish I could remember the name of this range of stamps because I love them so much...bet you see a lot of cards with me using this range over the coming months!  I stamped him onto Papermill Direct white linen card and again coloured him in with Polychromo Pencils.  I am really liking this effect at the moment, as you can probably tell by how often I am using it!  The mustard coloured paper is "Indian Summer - Maize" from Basic Grey and the other 2 papers are from "The Green Stack" by DCWV.  The ribbon, buttons and gems are all from Sonas Made.
